It is also adjacent to the American and British Embassies, the Royal Dublin Society RDS and Lansdowne Road.

Located on Pembroke Road in Ballsbridge, we are within walking distance of all the city's major attractions.
Trinity College and St Stephens Green are 15 minutes walk. Grafton Street, Dublins' most famous shopping street ajoins both. The British and American Embassies, but to name a few, are located in Ballsbridge. The Royal Dublin Society (RDS), which hosts international trade fairs and the Dublin Horse Show annually in August is about five minutes walk. Also located in the area is Lansdowne Road Stadium, hosting International Soccer and Rugby games.
For public transport, there is a good bus service in the area, there are roughly about five different schedules for the area. For rail connections, Lansdowne Road DART Station is approximately seven minutes by foot, offering rail connections to the city and further into the countryside.
Dublin Airport is about 12km to the north and may be accessed by public transport (bus from city centre or the Aircoach from Ballsbridge) or private taxi.
